Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to assist in the maintenance of their financial records as well as to handle some administrative responsibilities. The company is very stable and very well respected. The company offers a great work-life balance and top benefits!

Senior Accountant duties include:

Preparation of financial statements for a variety of entities.

Journal entries

Accounts payable

Accounts receivable


Bank reconciliations


Month-end close

General administrative duties include assisting with:

Answering phones


Ordering supplies

Maintaining the culture of the company and office


Highest level of honesty and integrity

Stable job record

A minimum of 5-10 years full-charge bookkeeping experience

QuickBooks experience

Ability to multi-task

Timely and accurate

Positive attitude

Team player

Attention to detail

Excellent written and communication skills
